Natural treatment of First Grade venous-lymphatic insufficiency
Topical use gel with extracts with a high content of Melilotus officinalis L. (LymphaselectTM, 17/20% coumarin) Aesculus hippocastanum L. (20% aescin)
Increase of venous reflux due to its properties:
- Vascular-protective and capillary-protective
Antiexudative, anti-inflammatory and anti-edemigenic activity of the chestnut with a high content of aescin.
- Lymphatic drainage
Coumarin in sweet clover increases the proteolytic activity of macrophages, decreasing the number of macro proteins involved in the pathogenic mechanism of lymphedema.
The results obtained with the experiment conducted at the University of Florence indicate that the gel is able to yield the coumarin quantity necessary for the lymphatic drainage activity.
When the edema is superficial topical use is preferred.
Apply 1 or 2 times a day.
